I'm looking for a Technology Partner Engineer to join our Americas Technology Partner Community (TPC) Matrix team. This is a dedicated, full-time role focused on partner integrations in the Americas, and you'll have a real opportunity to shape how we work as the team grows.

So, what would you actually do?

🔌 Help technology partners bring their integrations to life, from the first architecture conversation to a working, certified solution.

☁️ Get hands-on with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SHIP, and cloud integrations across the SALTO WECOSYSTEM.

📱 Work with emerging technologies like Apple Wallet, IDM Connect, and KS Enterprise before they reach the broader field.

🧠 Become the go-to technical resource for partner developers, while helping our TSAs and Tech Support build their own integration expertise.

🛠️ Dig into the tough technical problems, build proofs of concept, and turn what you learn into tools and documentation that make the next integration easier.

🌎 Work with a globally connected team of TPC Matrix Engineers in this same role, and have a front seat for Product Management conversations

You'll have the ability to shape our integration playbooks, influence how we bring new products to market, and help grow a developer community that's increasingly important to Salto's future. Your work will directly impact the solutions we bring to customers and the partnerships we build along the way.

Who should take a look?

Someone technically curious who enjoys building, can talk APIs with a developer and architecture with a customer, and genuinely likes helping people solve problems. You don't need to know every corner of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM on day one, but you should be fully competent with some amount of our developer tools from the jump.

If you've worked in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or Tech Support, this could be a great next step.
