Artificial Intelligence & Digital Productivity Trainer

Position Summary 

The Artificial Intelligence & Digital Productivity Trainer is responsible for educating employees on AI concepts, Generative AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled productivity solutions. The trainer promotes responsible AI use while helping learners leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver AI Fundamentals and Generative AI training programs. 

• Teach prompt engineering techniques and AI best practices. 

• Conduct training on Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools. 

• Deliver training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, selecting the most effective delivery method based on course objectives and audience needs. 

• Facilitate virtual training using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other approved online collaboration platforms. 

• Demonstrate AI-enabled workflow automation and business use cases. 

• Educate learners on Responsible AI, ethics, governance, and data security. 

• Develop hands-on labs, demonstrations, and practical exercises. 

• Create customized AI training content for business units. 

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of training, consulting, or technology enablement experience. 

• Ability to deliver training in both classroom and virtual environments. 

• Experience using virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar technologies. 

• Flexibility to adapt training delivery methods based on course content, audience requirements, and organizational needs. 

• Knowledge of Generative AI platforms and enterprise AI solutions. 

• Experience designing and facilitating technical training programs. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
