About the role

Job Title: QA Engineer – Digital Ordering & Customer Experience

Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Overview:
You will ensure high-grade quality across our client’s consumer-facing digital ordering channels, ( iOS & Android apps). Your mission is to deliver a frictionless customer journey—focusing on interactive pizza building, real-time order tracking, localized promo code engines, and loyalty platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Pizza Builder UX: Validate visual, functional, and performance aspects of the digital pizza builder UI across web and mobile platforms (including custom crust choices, topping matrices, and sauce options).
  • Rewards & Loyalty: Test end-to-end loyalty mechanics—including Dough Points earning, Papa Dough redemption, reward tiers, and promotional offer stackability.
Real-Time Order Tracking: Verify live order status tracking sync between store KDS status triggers and customer-facing push notifications/app updates.
  • MarTech & Personalization: Test geo-targeted push campaigns, promotional promo code logic (e.g., localized sports team discount codes), SMS messaging, and analytics event tagging (GTM/Segment).
  • Payment Wallet Integration: Ensure smooth web and mobile checkout flows supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Gift Cards, and credit card saving capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years in QA testing eCommerce platforms, native iOS/Android apps, or QSR digital product suites.
  • Deep experience validating Loyalty engines (e.g., Punchh, SessionM) and MarTech tools (Braze, Segment, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency with cross-device testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) and mobile proxy debugging (Charles Proxy).
