Role: NetSuite On-Site Functional Consultant 
Location: Dallas, TX- with 50% travel needed to Juarez, Mexico
Type: Contract


Job Description:
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support to end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Guide users through assigned test scenarios and NetSuite business processes.
  • Answer functional questions and demonstrate correct system usage.
  • Troubleshoot UAT issues and determine whether they are configuration, process, data, or user-related.
  • Document defects, gaps, and enhancement requests identified during testing.
  • Coordinate with the project functional and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Solid all round functional experience with Netsuite - ideally in a      manufacturing environment.
  • Multiple client references in supporting Netsuite in a Production environment
  • Multi-lingual - English/Spanish.  Very good communication skills.
  • Needs to support upcoming UAT thru go-live on-site at client location
  • Ability to train business users in using Netsuite
  • Ability troubleshoot Production issues independently and discuss fixes.
  • Retest fixes with end users and confirm successful resolution.
  • Track UAT progress, outstanding issues, and testing blockers.
  • Assist users with test data, transactions, workflows, and expected results.
  • Provide informal knowledge transfer and end-user coaching throughout UAT.
  • Escalate critical issues that could impact UAT completion or go-live readiness.
  • Support daily UAT status updates and help drive testing toward completion.
