Lead and Principal Java Engineer
Location: Remote, USA
Employment type: Contract
Indicative rate: $110–$140/hr
Contract leadership opportunities for senior Java engineers who remain hands-on while guiding architecture and delivery of complex enterprise systems. Assignments may involve modernization, distributed services, cloud-native applications, and high-throughput or mission-critical platforms. Leads partner with engineering and business stakeholders, shape technical direction, and support teams through design, implementation, review, and delivery.

Required qualifications
- Extensive hands-on Java engineering experience

- Experience mentoring or guiding engineers or delivery teams
