The Wealth Management Associate supports Friday Wealth's senior advisors in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning solutions. This role serves as a key operational and planning support partner, working closely with advisors to manage client servicing activities, investment-related administrative processes, and financial planning preparation. The position offers hands-on exposure to wealth management and financial planning while providing a strong development path within the firm.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate client records and case notes.
Manage client follow-up communications and service requests.
Coordinate and monitor insurance underwriting requirements.
Assist with investment account paperwork, documentation, and trade-related activities.
Support advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Assist in gathering financial information and preparing planning materials.
Participate in the financial planning process through research, analysis, and plan preparation.
Work collaboratively with advisors and operations staff to ensure a high level of service.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent).
Life and Health Insurance License
Knowledge of insurance products, investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management operations
1-2 years of professional experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a related field.

Professional Development

The firm reimburses initial licensing exam and registration fees upon successful completion.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Candidates with additional experience or licensing may qualify for higher compensation.
Annual bonus opportunity.
