Radar Talent Solutions is a Minnesota startup entering an exciting growth stage, and we're looking for our second developer. Rather than list every technology you need to know, we care more about your ability to learn and work as part of a cohesive team. You'll build real features on a live client project from day one, with direct code review and mentorship from our CTO.

What is required

1. Ridiculously strong fundamentals in JavaScript and Python.
2. History of working as part of a team to deliver business solutions.
3. A GitHub profile or portfolio with code you wrote that we can read. Applications without a code link will not be reviewed.
4. Proximity to our office in South Minneapolis, and a desire to sometimes come visit us (most work will be virtual).

Structure and pay

1. $60/hour on a 1099 contract, roughly 15 to 25 hours per week
2. Estimated 250 to 400 contract hours within 3 to 4 months
