Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and analyze situations identifying root causes and providing resolutions
Execute preventive maintenance activities on any plumbing associated equipment or system
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to identify all plumbing associated pipe runs, drainage systems, and materials
Install, repair and modify pipes and fixture, for existing utilities (i.e. water gas, steam, air, etc.)
Identify materials and required tools for jobs evaluation and execution.
Document executed activities in a clear and detailed manner to comply with the computerized maintenance management system
Collaborate with contractors and co-workers in any plumbing associated activity
Identify opportunities proactively to improve or correct equipment performance
Follow health and safety standards complying with Massachusetts building codes and regulation

Educational Requirement:

High School diploma or GED and diploma/certification in plumbing from a technical college.
State Board of Examiners Plumbing License or state/local government plumbing license.
