Job Description:
We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own hands-on integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of our dexterous robotic hands at customer sites. You'll work directly with customer engineering teams to turn their requirements into working solutions, debug hardware-software issues in real time, and feed field insights back to our internal engineering team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at a fast-moving robotics startup, reporting directly to the cofounder.

Responsibilities:

• Own hands-on robotics system integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to understand technical requirements and resolve real-world deployment challenges.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure successful customer implementations.
   

Requirements:

• Quick learner, sharp thinker, resourceful, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong hands-on experience in robotics integration, deployment, debugging, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customer engineers and translating technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Able to think on their feet, adapt quickly, and solve ambiguous technical problems independently.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
