Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance to serve as a Functional SME with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance. In this role, you will provide functional consulting, troubleshooting, and solution development across Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, enhancements, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules including AR, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to design and implement appropriate solutions.
• Understand and troubleshoot PaaS-based solutions and integrations supporting Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Support implementation, enhancement, optimization, and production support activities.
• Understand business processes and integration requirements within the Staffing domain and their relationship with Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide clear functional documentation and guidance to technical and business teams.
• Manage client interactions professionally and communicate complex functional solutions effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Qualifications

• 12–14 years of overall experience in Oracle Cloud Finance / Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Strong experience as a Functional SME or Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Oracle Accounting, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Advanced Collections, and Oracle Enterprise Contracts.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Finance business processes and integrations.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting PaaS solutions and related integrations.
• Staffing domain experience is required, including experience integrating Staffing business processes with Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance integrations and PaaS technologies.
• Experience handling complex production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Strong track record collaborating with technical, functional, and business teams.
• Consulting experience with global clients across multiple engagements.
