Technical Product Manager – APIs / SDKs

Position Overview

The Technical Product Manager II — Enterprise SDK Integration will own the product vision,

roadmap, and delivery strategy for enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and integration

capabilities that enable customers and partners to programmatically manage complex connectivity

and enterprise activation workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, SDK architecture, API-first platform design,

enterprise integration, customer activation, and cross-functional technical delivery. The TPM will

define the developer experience strategy, prioritize the API surface area, partner closely with

engineering and architecture teams, and drive alignment across product, engineering, commerce,

security, customer success, and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience managing technical products in SDK, API, developer platform,

networking, telecommunications, cloud, or enterprise SaaS environments, with strong ability to

operate in ambiguity, influence distributed teams, and translate complex technical capabilities into

scalable customer-facing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related

technical field.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience managing SDK products, APIs, integration platforms, developer tools, or

enterprise software products.

• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API design, and

enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience working with engineering teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience driving roadmap alignment, technical requirements, release planning, and crossfunctional execution across distributed teams.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create product narratives,

requirements documents, technical summaries, and executive-ready updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or hybrid

Product/Delivery leader responsible for both strategy and execution.

• Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, API ecosystems, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Knowledge of API gateway technologies.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products and products serving enterprise customers at scale.
• Familiarity with partner enablement and platform growth strategies.
• Experience delivering developer tools in networking, telecommunications, connectivity, cloud

infrastructure, or enterprise integration environments.

• Experience with B2B software integration patterns, including bulk operations, batch

processing, multi-region deployments, and multi-site enterprise implementation models.

• Experience working with commerce, billing, catalog, entitlement, service contract, or multiparty business models requiring cross-service coordination.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, making product trade-off decisions with incomplete

information, and influencing teams without direct authority.

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus
