Remote job for Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Order to Cash

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Order to Cash to provide deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance and drive successful implementations and optimizations for our organization. In this senior role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, develop tailored solutions, and serve as the subject matter expert across Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts modules. You will own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Cloud Finance modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across Oracle Cloud and PaaS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud Finance and the Staffing domain
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and professional communication throughout project lifecycles
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high standards of solution quality
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Key Qualifications

• 12 to 14 years of experience as a Functional SME with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Proven experience understanding, configuring, and troubleshooting Oracle PaaS solutions to meet specific business needs
• Extensive knowledge of the Staffing domain and its integration with Oracle Cloud Finance
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification or equivalent credentialing
• Experience working in or supporting staffing industry clients within an Oracle Cloud environment
• Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies
