Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Managing Applications Consultant to provide deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance, driving successful implementations and optimizations for enterprise clients. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert across Oracle Fusion modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues, develop tailored solutions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and act as SME for Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion Finance solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle Cloud and PaaS environments
• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions
• Manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards
• Leverage knowledge of the Staffing domain to guide integrations between staffing workflows and Oracle Cloud Finance
• Communicate complex solution designs and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• 12 to 14 years of experience as a Functional SME in Oracle Cloud Finance applications
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Proven ability to understand, troubleshoot, and develop solutions within PaaS environments to meet specific business needs
• Extensive knowledge of the Staffing domain and its integration with Oracle Cloud Finance
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations and delivering complex solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance transformation programs
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms used in Oracle Cloud implementations
• Oracle Cloud Finance certification or equivalent credential
