JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems
Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving ability utilizing safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Understand electrical schematics
Recordkeeping
Preventative Maintenance Program
Transformer inspections
Infrared panel testing
PLC and VFD drive troubleshooting, updating, programming, etc.… (knowledge of Siemens a plus)
Operation and maintenance on overhead crane (AC and DC)
Must communicate with supervisors and coworkers
Supervising projects while working hands on with team
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to troubleshoot both power wiring and controls
Ability to run rigid conduit and wiring
Knowledge in 13.8 KV, 110v/220v, 480v, 2300v, 25 HZ etc... A/C power and working knowledge of 250 DC power.
Knowledge of 13.8 KV to 120 VAC Breaker Maintenance and upgrade
Electrical preventative maintenance knowledge
Understand pre-use tool inspection and site clean-up post completion
