Painter Job Description

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

Qualified subcontractor painters should demonstrate the following:

Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project
Work as a Team
Take Direction
Follow the work order
Be able to meet a deadline
Follow all Health and Safety Protocols

General liability insurance
Workers' compensation insurance
W-9 documentation

All Fresh Coat Painters are to complete a background check
