Clinical QA Specialist

What if your work was the reason a heart attack got caught before it happened? As a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our cardiovascular imaging software is built to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and clinical precision. You'll design and execute test strategies across the software development lifecycle, meticulously document defects, and collaborate with Software Development, Software QA, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to resolve issues and keep our products compliant. Drawing on your expertise in medical imaging and software testing, you'll help bring our groundbreaking cardiovascular imaging software to life, advancing care for doctors and their patients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of clinical software quality assurance or medical device software testing, including hands-on functional testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating closely with software development and software QA teams.
• The adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with medical imaging (CTA), cardiovascular diagnostics, or cardiovascular disease and anatomy is strongly preferred.

Work Location:

• This is a on-site role based out of our office in Boston, MA.

Salary Range:

• The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $85,000-$100,00. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.
