About DAS Health

DAS Health is a healthcare-focused Managed Services Provider and strategic technology partner. We support medical practices, senior living organizations, and healthcare systems nationwide by delivering IT services, application consulting, revenue cycle solutions, and business intelligence that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Position Overview

The IT Procurement Analyst, Software & Licensing helps bring clarity and control to technology licensing for DAS Health clients. This role compiles and analyzes licensing, usage, invoice, and billing data across multiple systems to improve accuracy, uncover underused or unnecessary licenses, support renewal planning, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You will work primarily with Microsoft 365 licensing, along with hardware and other technology licenses, and partner with internal teams to surface issues and recommend practical solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of software, hardware, and related licenses while compiling and reconciling data across systems such as ConnectWise, SharePoint, and spreadsheets.
  • Review vendor invoices, contracts, orders, license usage, and client billing records to identify discrepancies, underused licenses, duplicate charges, and potential revenue leakage.
  • Manage vendor orders, cancellations, license bundling, offboarding, and asset records to improve inventory and financial accuracy.
  • Track upcoming renewals, alert internal stakeholders, support client order preparation, and develop forecasts for budgeting and operational planning.
  • Analyze licensing spend, usage, pricing tiers, and product margins to identify consolidation, reallocation, discount, rebate, and pricing opportunities.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports that provide clear insight into licensing costs, usage, renewals, and financial impact.
  • Support licensing compliance, audit preparation, true-ups, and vendor compliance activities.
  • Partner with Finance, Billing, Account Management, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and recommend practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, software licensing, technology sourcing, or vendor management.
  • Hands-on Microsoft licensing experience, including Microsoft 365 and license negotiation or co-terming.
  • Understanding of software and hardware licensing, vendor invoices, usage data, and billing reconciliation.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, with the ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt in a fast-moving environment, and approach process challenges with an open and improvement-focused mindset.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for working across internal teams and with vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a managed services provider or reseller environment.
  • Experience with procurement, contract management, or reporting systems.
  • Experience creating dashboards or reports in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with technology licensing environments that may include Azure, Datto, Sophos, Meraki, Fortinet, RingCentral, or KnowBe4.
  • Familiarity with business systems such as ConnectWise PSA and CPQ, Sage, Salesforce, IT Glue, or ScalePad.

Benefits

  • Three medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options.
  • Unlimited Flexible PTO for eligible exempt, full-time employees.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Company-paid basic life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Equal Opportunity Employer
