About the role

GCyber is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist, to support a high profile DISA customer in their mission to improve collaboration and information sharing between defense and intelligence organizations. As the IT Asset Management Specialist you will develop asset control processes to monitor device identification, accountability identification, maintenance, location and associated contracts.

As the IT Asset Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including procurement, inventory, retirement, and disposal.
  • Execute and support asset management policies, procedures, and compliance efforts, including audits and license verification.
  • Monitor software licenses for compliance with contractual agreements and usage standards.
  • Deliver standardized and ad hoc KPI/metric reporting to support management decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience related to IT Asset management
  • Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners preferred.
