We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing team! This role requires expertise in workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, combined with a strong understanding of business practices. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations. 
• Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients.
• Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements.
• Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively. 
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
• An active Secret Clearance is required.  
• Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) 
• An ability to work on-site during normal business hours is required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals. 
• Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and related technologies.
