▶︎ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance to business users in defining, designing, and improving SAP Logistics Execution (LE) business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Communicate and collaborate with global headquarters to support implementation management and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide functional support for SAP Logistics modules across multiple North American business sites.
• Gather, analyze, and document end-user requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and support activities within ECC 6.0 and/or SAP HANA environments.
• Support EDI-related processes and troubleshoot integration issues involving various EDI document types.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor application performance, track issues, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving SAP Logistics system issues.
• Provide backup support for SAP consultants and participate in ongoing system enhancement projects.
• Support all phases of project implementation including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Consultant supporting SAP applications.
• Hands-on SAP Logistics Execution (LE) configuration and design experience.
• Experience working in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP HANA environments.
• Practical experience supporting and troubleshooting EDI integrations and various EDI document types.
• Project experience involving requirements gathering, planning, testing, user training, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and IT best practices.
• Hands-on ABAP debugging experience.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving business-critical issues.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

▶︎ Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Participation in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience with standard project management methodologies and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of EDI architecture and integration technologies.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of additional SAP Logistics or Supply Chain modules.
