▶︎ Position Overview:
Are you looking to build a career in ERP consulting? We're seeking a ERP Consultant who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and business teams to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ERP, business systems, or IT support experience who wants to develop in a collaborative, bilingual environment.

▶︎ What will you do:
・Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions
・Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
・Help configure, test, and maintain ERP modules
・Provide end-user training and day-to-day system support
・Troubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve them
・Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
・Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
・Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
・Some experience with ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or a related field is preferred
・Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, but not required
・Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
・Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
・A willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese

▶︎ Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience working in a Japanese-English bilingual environment
・Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
・Experience participating in ERP implementation or system improvement projects
