The Position

This is a 3-month contracted position, that may be extended dependent on business needs.
 

The Role

As a Junior Software Developer & AI Lead, you will:

• Build Internal Tools: Design and ship software that runs core operational and financial workflows, using modern AI development tools (e.g. Claude Code). No formal engineering background required.

• Automate the Business: Identify manual, repetitive work across the company and replace it with automation that saves time, reduces errors, and improves margins.

• Connect the Systems: Integrate operational, financial, and customer-facing platforms so the business runs on clean, reliable, consistent data.

• Support M&A Activity: Get hands-on exposure to acquisitions through analysis, valuation support, and market research that informs investment decisions.
 

Compensation

$700 per week
