Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Experience Required: 12+ years

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation, deployment, and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation and go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate impact assessments and approvals for project changes.
• Manage testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, status reports, and project artifacts.
• Drive post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, change management, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel as required.
• PMP and/or SAP-related certification is a plus.
