Bauer Infrastructure is hiring Apprentice and Journeyman Commercial Plumbers for our plumbing division in Martell, NE, 15 miles southwest of Lincoln. You’ll work with a reliable crew maintaining and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems. Expect hands‑on work, steady hours, and opportunities to grow your plumbing abilities.

Apprentice and Journeyman Commercial Plumber Responsibilities:

• Install and repair new commercial and residential plumbing systems.
• Make repairs when needed.
• Works with the crew or independently as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow plumbing codes and safety rules.

Apprentice and Journeyman Commercial Plumber Requirements:

Apprentice:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to enroll in a state-approved apprenticeship program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ready to learn, take directions, and show up every day.
• Basic mechanical know-how.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Journeyman:
 

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License.
• [2-4+] years of plumbing experience, commercial experience preferred.
• Able to handle tasks on your own when needed.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and code.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
