What you will do:

- Research and resolve wholesaler inquiries related to commission payments, sales crediting, trade attribution, territory assignments, and other compensation-related matters.
- Partner with Sales Management, Data Enablement, Accounting, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve compensation and reporting discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits related to commission calculations, compensation plans, and financial controls.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for commission plan calculations, commission administration processes, and the organization's commission management platform (currently Xactly Incent).
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of commission administration processes.
- Recommend and support the implementation of operational and reporting enhancements that improve controls, reduce risk, and create process efficiencies.
- Support broader Finance reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
