This position will serve as the central owner of product documentation, ensuring every Noovo van is clearly defined, accurately documented, and easily understood throughout the organization.

You will work closely with Engineering and Production teams to translate complex technical information, 2D drawings, and 3D models into clear, structured, and actionable documentation for internal teams, vendors, and customers.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge, visual communication, and process development. You'll have significant cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to help build and improve systems as Noovo continues to grow.

  • Identify discrepancies between engineering designs and actual production execution.

3. Product Definition & Configuration Management

  • Support the definition and clarification of product features, options, configurations, and specifications.
  • Ensure alignment between Engineering designs, Production execution, and customer-facing product information.
  • Serve as a central resource for accurate product-related information across departments.
  • Help establish consistent product definitions and documentation standards as the company grows.

4. Documentation & Revision Control

  • Manage documentation updates, revisions, and approvals.
  • Maintain organized document libraries and structured version control.
  • Ensure teams are working from the most current drawings, specifications, and instructions.
  • Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Track product changes and ensure related documentation is updated accordingly.

5. ERP & Bill of Materials (BOM) Alignment

  • Ensure product documentation aligns with Bills of Materials (BOMs), Work Orders, and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with Inventory, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain consistency between documented specifications and actual builds.
  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies between product documentation, inventory records, and production configurations.

9. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Inventory teams.
  • Validate documentation accuracy and usability with employees who rely on it daily.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, standardization, and communication.
  • Continuously improve the clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of product information.
