Our Count Crew plays an important role in supporting inventory operations across multiple industries and locations. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to jump in, travel when needed, and help deliver accurate and efficient inventory results.

What You'll Do

Perform accurate physical inventory counts at various client locations.
Utilize inventory technology and equipment to record and verify quantities.
Work alongside team members to complete inventory projects efficiently.
Follow established procedures and quality standards.
Travel to local and out-of-state job sites as assigned.
Adapt to different work environments, schedules, and client needs.
Represent Monarch professionally while delivering excellent service.

What We're Looking For

Availability from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
Open availability for assignments on any day of the week, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight hours, and extended shifts.
Willingness and ability to travel to different job locations, including out-of-state assignments.
Dependability and a strong commitment to completing assigned shifts.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Comfortable working in active environments that may require extended periods of standing, walking, and repetitive counting.
Previous inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
