Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and help deliver high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project requirements and specifications
• Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to complete work accurately
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time
• Inspect completed work and make adjustments or repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or a related trade
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safe work practices
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform tasks in various work environments
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or remodeling work
• Familiarity with general construction methods and site safety procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions on the job
