IT Product Owner

Our client is a premier luxury custom apparel brand that combines high-quality craftsmanship, personalized tailoring, and a unique direct-sales experience driven by an extensive network of Independent Personal Stylists.

Role Overview

The IT Product Owner will define and prioritize IT development initiatives while managing end-to-end project delivery across core enterprise platforms, including ERP, OMS, eCommerce, and integration tools. This role combines agile product ownership with hands-on project management, serving as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and key third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager delivering multi-system initiatives.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks; proven track record leading sprint ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong technical literacy across CRM, ERP, and eCommerce ecosystems (experience with NetSuite or ByDesign is a strong plus).
• Background in a premium/luxury brand, retail, or distributed/direct-sales model is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and third-party vendor management capabilities.
• English fluency.
