Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality and guest service? Join our team at AC Hotel & Element Miami Downtown as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours
• Perform nightly audit and financial reconciliation tasks
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Maintain front desk operations and hotel security throughout the night
• Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate recordkeeping

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• Night Audit experience is a plus
• Marriott Lightspeed experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Availability to work overnight shifts
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience preferred
• Overnight availability required
