What You'll Do

As an Inventory Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our vehicle inventory accurate and up to date across multiple locations. You'll work closely with a supportive accounting team and handle a variety of inventory-related tasks, including:

• Managing wholesale vehicle transactions

• Maintaining new car inventory records

• Coordinating dealer trades

• Processing intercompany transactions

• Recording used car purchases

• Jumping in on other inventory-related projects that help keep the dealership running like a well-oiled machine

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred (but if you're eager to learn, we're open)

• Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills

• Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs

• Team player with great communication skills

• Bonus points if you've used dealership management systems (DMS) before

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
