Twin City Dodge is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our growing team! If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong sales and communication skills, and the drive to help customers find the right financing and protection options, we want to hear from you!

As our Finance Manager, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and positive vehicle-buying experience while helping drive dealership profitability.

What You'll Do

• Work with customers to arrange vehicle financing and lease options.

• Present and explain finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products.

• Build relationships with lending institutions and maintain strong lender partnerships.

• Review credit applications, structure deals, and secure competitive financing options.

• Ensure all finance and sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.

• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical business practices.

• Help achieve dealership goals for finance product sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive finance or dealership F&I experience preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• A team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
