Position Overview:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing repairs on vehicles and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Technician will be expected to work independently, follow all company policies, and communicate with their team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair order
• Perform all work specified on repair orders
• Maintain a clean work environment including but not limited to: cleaning vehicle, removing trash from shop, sweeping/mopping, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with Shop Manager in regards to vehicle status
• Communicate with management regarding vehicle status at the completion of service, repair or issues
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures including: Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Compensation:

$19.00 - $30.00 Flat Rate Based on Experience and Skill set 

Additional Information:

• Full-time position
• Monthly Billed Hours Bonus
