Welder/Maintenance Technician- Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay

Job Summary

Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Welders and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. We offer competitive pay, Pay increases based on performance, benefits, and long-term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery

• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair Screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams

• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility

• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements

• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts)

• Overtime available

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred

• Must have a background in welding/maintenance

• MSHA Surface Training (provided if needed)

• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays

• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test

• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools

Required PPE (Not Provided):

• Hard hat

• Reflective vest or shirt

• Metatarsal boots
