We're looking for a MASTER DIESEL TECHNICIAN to join our team at FORD of BRISTOL!

Our ideal candidate will have strong diesel experience, with Ford experience and certifications preferred. This position will be based in our NEW Commercial Pro Elite facility, with Foreman opportunities available to qualified candidates.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related vehicle systems
• Accurately estimate the time needed for service
• Properly use diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Efficiently complete work specified on Repair Orders
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate repair needs and updates to Assistant Service Managers
• Safely drive vehicles to test components and verify repairs
• Adhere to dealership safety procedures and quality standards

Qualification Checklist:

• Strong diesel diagnostic and repair experience
• Ford experience and Master Certification preferred
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and computers
• Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Leadership skills for Foreman consideration
