Responsibilities

The Body Shop Refinish Tech will be working directly with the manager of the body shop. This position requires an individual with general knowledge of how to prepare vehicles properly and efficiently for the paint process. They should also be able to recognize potential problems with parts or areas in which they are preparing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prep panels to be refinished
• Paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment
• Inspect panels to be painted for body repair
• Color match and mix paint
• Blend into existing panels
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
• Attention to detail is a must
• Maintain Booth and equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience with PPG Solvent-based paint helpful
• Self-starter who is motivated to be a hard worker
• Display organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must comply with work place health procedures as directed by the public health department
• Ability to follow directions
• Positive attitude & Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to do Light Body Work very helpful. Boost your earning potential!

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Job Type: Full-time

Commission Pay with Guarantee

Pay: $25 - $30.00 per hour
