Full Job Description

Join the team at Bell Ford Collision Center as a Body Shop Painter's Helper, where you'll support our skilled paint technicians in delivering high-quality automotive finishes. This role is ideal for individuals with automotive body shop experience who are passionate about vehicle repair and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist painters in preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Mix and match paint colors under the guidance of experienced paint technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop, work areas, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper handling of paint materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the body shop team with additional duties as needed to maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in an automotive paint or body shop environment required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
