About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the finance applications around our ERP (NetSuite) and the IT general controls over them.

Based in New York, you'll partner with finance process owners and report to the Director, Finance Tech. You'll keep the applications supported, released and controlled as Nscale scales globally, and advise finance leadership on what these systems can and cannot do.

What you'll be doing

Finance applications and support

• Administer and support applications across procurement and accounts payable (Zip or similar), financial planning and analysis (Pigment), consolidation and close (OneStream), travel and expenses (Navan and Payhawk), and treasury (Kyriba).
• Maintain platform stability and identify proactive improvements.
• Resolve incoming support tickets end to end and maintain end-user documentation.
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently on day-to-day finance systems tasks.

Implementations and releases

• Lead the systems side of new implementations and upgrades, from requirements through testing, business sign-off and post-launch support.
• Test releases across the finance applications.
• Advise the Director, Finance Tech and finance leadership on system capabilities and limits.

Access and audit controls

• Own user access, including provisioning, deprovisioning and reviews.
• Act as the technical contact for auditors on these systems.
• Provide system records and complete lists of users and changes for audits.

About You

• Experience administering finance applications outside the ERP across areas such as procurement, planning, close, expense and treasury.
• Experience administering integrations between finance systems, including monitoring, failure resolution and data consistency.
• Experience supporting external audits from the systems side, including producing access and change evidence.
• Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance requirements in mind.
• Experience managing support queues across several systems with competing priorities.
• Willingness to stay current with product releases and take ownership of new applications as they are added.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Salary Range

$120,000—$180,000 USD
