The Position

The Senior Client Service Associate is responsible for the full life cycle of a relationship and supports the Portfolio Management team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience by serving as a strategic and trustworthy partner to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal business units and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions and address client needs
- Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations
- Own and manage the client onboarding experience
- Develop, implement, and monitor the team’s client service model
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in Private Wealth Management (PWM), in a client-facing role working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Demonstrated knowledge of investment products, services and terminology, gained within a PWM or comparable private client environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform a wide variety of complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple and conflicting deadlines with initiative and adaptability
- Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment to solve client issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms

Actual annual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. If hired, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only one part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include a discretionary performance bonus and other Harris sponsored benefit programs.
