Foxhole Technology is seeking an XT-CS-CIO Task Lead to provide senior-level leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and subcontractors. This role will serve as a key liaison between the Government and Contractor, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and successful execution of program objectives.

The Task Lead will establish and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, activities, resources, and performance while ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position will be responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of contractor performance and will work closely with Government stakeholders to address issues, concerns, and emerging requirements.

The Task Lead will also support financial and business management activities and will have the authority to make decisions on behalf of the Contractor’s organization. The successful candidate will proactively identify potential contractual, programmatic, and resource challenges and work with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.

Job Duties

• Implement and maintain frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC to support organizational compliance.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate emerging threats.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits to validate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Coordinate tasks across project teams and manage cross-team dependencies to prevent resource conflicts.
• Lead crisis response efforts during major security breaches, including detection, containment, and recovery.
• Oversee the selection and management of third-party security vendors and ensure acquisitions meet organizational security standards.
• Promote a security-first culture through organization-wide cybersecurity education and training programs.

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance eligible.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership and accountability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT strategic planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assessing IT workforce needs and developing workforce strategies and plans.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT budgeting, including annual and multi-year IT planning, programming, and budgeting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT investment management, including evaluating and assessing the management of IT resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security and privacy, including establishing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with an organization-wide information security program.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting digital equity and accessibility, including ensuring accessibility of information and telecommunications technologies.

Maryland Pay Range

$190,000—$225,000 USD
