We’re hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst - CRM, SaaS & Service at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst supports the systems, automations, and integrations that enable T3 Sales and Service teams, ensuring HubSpot configurations, workflows, reporting, and related tools meet business and leadership needs. Working closely with leaders and frontline teams, this role translates business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, automation, reporting, integrations, and well-documented processes while leading initiatives and promoting best practices. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior systems partner to T3 Sales and Service teams and leadership, converting business problems into scalable system and process improvements.
• Administer HubSpot users, teams, permissions, properties, objects, pipelines, quotes, playbooks, lists, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data-quality controls.
• Design and maintain CRM workflows that support sales execution, customer engagement, service operations, management visibility, and consistent business processes.
• Gather and document requirements, map current and future-state processes, identify control and data gaps, define acceptance criteria, and recommend practical solutions.
• Build and support low-code applications and other internal tools that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
• Evaluate and implement with the help of Engineering, appropriate AI-assisted and agentic workflows using approved enterprise tools, with clear objectives, human review, testing, monitoring, and documented controls.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication methods, and scheduled or event-driven automation.
• Use SQL and cloud data platforms to investigate production issues, validate records, reconcile system outputs, and confirm that workflows and internal tools operate as designed.
• Support secure and reliable data movement between HubSpot and connected enterprise applications, reporting platforms, and internal systems.
• Own production support for assigned CRM capabilities and integrations, including triage, root-cause analysis, corrective action, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.
• Plan and execute sandbox configuration, test cases, user acceptance testing, release validation, rollback preparation, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Maintain least-privilege access, auditable change records, data-quality controls, field and workflow documentation, runbooks, release notes, and user training.
• Lead well-scoped systems initiatives, provide technical guidance and peer mentoring, surface capacity constraints and dependencies, and deliver committed outcomes in partnership with Financial Systems leadership.

Skills & Qualifications 

• • Strong hands-on HubSpot administration experience, including custom properties and objects, pipelines, permissions, workflows, reporting, data quality, and controlled configuration changes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and SaaS operating environments supporting Sales and Service teams.
  • Practical fluency with AI and agentic AI, including prompt design, tool use, workflow orchestration, evaluation, human oversight, monitoring, and experience applying approved AI capabilities without model training or machine-learning infrastructure development.
  • Experience building workflow automation and internal tools in a low-code platform, plus working SQL proficiency for operational investigation and validation.
  • Practical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, integration errors, and data-synchronization patterns.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across application configuration, permissions, automation, data, and integrations and explain findings to technical and business partners.
  • Experience converting ambiguous operational requests into process maps, requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, and production-ready changes.
  • Strong production-support and release habits, including prioritization, incident communication, root-cause analysis, UAT, rollback planning, and monitoring.
  • Strong documentation and enablement skills, including runbooks, system definitions, change notes, training materials, and leadership-facing updates.
  • Ability to lead solution design, mentor peers, influence standards, and coordinate cross-functional delivery without relying on formal management authority.
  • Sound judgment around customer and financial data, least-privilege access, audit evidence, and repeatable controls.
  • Ability to independently manage concurrent support requests and projects while surfacing capacity constraints, dependencies, risks, and decisions early.

  Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent education and practical experience preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in CRM systems, business systems, systems administration, systems analysis, revenue operations, SaaS operations, or a related technical role.
  • At least 5+ years of SQL experience solving analytical problems.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing SaaS teams is preferred; HubSpot certification and experience with low-code development, cloud data platforms, APIs, integration tools, lightweight scripting, or enterprise AI workflow tools are also valued.

  Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
