Operating at the intersection of real estate, energy, and technology, Beale’s platform is designed to address the increasing demand for high-capacity, energy-efficient data infrastructure driven by cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise digital transformation. The Company partners closely with utilities and local communities to secure reliable power solutions and enable long-term, sustainable development.
Backed by Blue Owl Capital’s Real Assets platform, Beale benefits from deep institutional capital, a disciplined investment approach, and an experienced leadership team with a proven track record in digital infrastructure development. The Company is in a high-growth phase, with an expanding pipeline of projects across key U.S. markets.
This role requires candidates to be currently located in the Seattle area and able to work onsite 2 days per week. This is not a remote position.
The Role
As we continue to grow, we are seeking team members who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are excited by the opportunity to help build processes and capabilities from the ground up. This is not a traditional analyst role. This role offers a unique opportunity for an early-career finance professional to develop a broad finance skill set and to gain exposure across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets and other disciplines. The FP&A Analyst will support a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities while helping establish the processes, tools, and reporting frameworks needed to support a rapidly evolving organization.

- Prepare recurring management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Assist with board, lender, tenant, and investor reporting requirements.
Cross-Functional Finance Exposure
- Support treasury activities including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Assist with capital markets, financing, and lender-related analyses and reporting.
- Support full project financing lifecycle from due diligence to project completion.
- Collaborate with broader finance and operational teams to refine project budgets, understand business drivers, and performance metrics.
Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis
- Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze trends in revenue, costs, profitability, liquidity, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial insights.

- Document processes and support finance system enhancements, as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- High level of intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What Will Make You Successful
- You are energized by building something rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
- You are comfortable operating without perfect information and can create structure where little exists.
- You are intellectually curious, comfortable in navigating ambiguity, and eager to contribute beyond a defined job description.
- You proactively seek opportunities to improve the business and ask questions that challenge assumptions.
- You enjoy moving between detailed analysis and big-picture thinking.
- You are eager to gain exposure across multiple finance disciplines and among cross functional teams.
- You thrive in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
