Position Overview

Provide technical leadership for migration of manufacturing/shopfloor applications. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and migration strategy.
• Guide developers, integration teams, and testing efforts.
• Ensure security, performance, and deployment readiness.
• 8+ years software delivery experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, cloud environments preferred.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, SAP/MES, shopfloor systems, application modernization, data migration, testing, and change management activities.

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
