UAT Coordinator

Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a UAT Coordinator to support our Digital Product Owner and own the quality of everything we ship. This role is responsible for QA and regression testing across our website and our full tech stack — integrations, platforms, and apps — catching issues before customers do. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role and a strong entry point into digital product and e-commerce for someone early in their career. We're also looking for a candidate who's comfortable with AI: someone with experience (even just personal projects) using LLMs, bots, or other tools to automate and speed up repetitive testing and operational work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• QA & Regression Testing
  • Execute manual QA and regression testing on new features, fixes, and releases across our website, including checkout and account experiences
  • Test across our broader tech stack — third-party integrations, apps, and platforms (e.g., POS, ERP, marketing and email tools) — to catch issues before they reach customers
  • Write and maintain test cases, test scripts, and UAT plans based on requirements from the Digital Product Manager
  • Log, document, and track defects clearly, including steps to reproduce, severity, and supporting evidence, and follow through to resolution
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Support pre-launch and post-launch validation for new features, campaigns, and product drops
• Process & Documentation
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation of test plans, results, and known issues
  • Provide clear, timely status updates on testing progress, defect trends, and go-live readiness
  • Help refine and improve our QA/UAT process as the team and tech stack grow
• AI-Enabled Efficiency
  • Explore and apply AI tools — LLMs, bots, or automation scripts — to streamline repetitive testing and operational tasks, such as generating test cases, summarizing bug reports, or automating regression checklists
  • Bring ideas for where automation could reduce manual effort across QA and other day-to-day operational workflows
• Supporting the Digital Product Owner
• Assist with junior-level product tasks, including requirements documentation, competitive research, and backlog upkeep
• Partner with engineering, UX, and vendors as needed to clarify and resolve issues found during testing
• Take on ad hoc digital operations tasks as the team's needs evolve — we're a small team, and everyone wears a few hats

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in QA, UAT, testing, or a related digital/e-commerce role; candidates with less experience are welcome to apply if they bring strong personal or academic projects that demonstrate testing rigor
• Extremely detail-oriented, with a knack for catching what others miss
• Comfortable navigating web applications and basic technical concepts (APIs, integrations); technical curiosity is a plus
• Experience or personal interest in using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom bots, etc.) to automate or speed up repetitive work
• Strong written communication skills, able to document bugs and test results clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organized and process-minded, able to juggle multiple test cycles and releases at once
• A self-starter who's comfortable in a small team without a lot of hand-holding
• Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or retail is a plus
• Bonus: familiarity with test management or bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail), or basic SQL/HTML knowledge

Salary Range: $60,000 - $66,000
