Pay Range: $29.32 to $39.95 per hour (based on skills & experience)Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance

Working closely with production and other maintenance team members

Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

What We’re Looking For

Required:

2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills

Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)

Preferred (not required):

Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)

Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Competitive hourly pay: $29.32 to $39.57

1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week
