What You’ll Do

Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs

Build and grow a personal book of business through proactive, strategic business development

Manage and deepen client relationships following acquisition

Monitor market trends and participate in ongoing investment strategy discussions

Meet or exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition

Design and deliver tailored client service and planning experiences

Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to enhance client outcomes

Actively expand professional network through events and relationship-building efforts

Contribute to and uphold a high-performance, client-first culture

What You’ll Bring

At least 5 years of experience as an Advisor in wealth management

Proven track record of growing a book of business

Series 65 (or equivalent) certification

Primarily on-site, remote option may be available for non-local candidates dependent upon experience and client base

Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred

Bachelor's degree is required
