Senior Manager, Accounting Operations

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to lead our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Collections functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strengthening financial processes, improving cash flow, developing teams, and driving operational efficiencies across a growing organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and leveraging technology to improve how things get done.

What You'll Do

Lead AP, AR, and Credit & Collections operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls.

Develop and execute credit and collections strategies to improve cash flow, manage risk, and support business growth.

Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, and regional leadership to strengthen financial performance and resolve operational challenges.

Oversee key accounting activities supporting financial close, audits, and compliance.

Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements to build scalable accounting operations.

Lead, coach, and develop accounting teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of accounting experience within a large, complex organization; experience with $1B+ companies preferred.

Proven experience leading AP, AR, and/or Credit & Collections teams.

Strong understanding of financial controls, credit risk, collections, and accounting operations.

Experience implementing process improvements, automation, and ERP solutions.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who can balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operations.
