About the role

About the Role

This is a hybrid account and product role at a seed-stage AI agent platform built for the hospitality industry. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, sales, and engineering, turning real customer workflows into deployed AI agents while feeding patterns and insights back into the product roadmap. The role is roughly 70% customer-facing and 30% product-oriented, so direct customer engagement is the core of the job.

What You'll Do

  • Run customer calls covering onboarding, workflow refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations that drive retention and upsell.

  • Build and deploy AI agents that automate customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.

  • Identify patterns across customer requests and translate them into prioritized feature work for engineering.

  • Collaborate with engineering to unblock agents and scope new platform capabilities.

  • Continuously automate lower-value tasks to keep your own work focused on high-impact customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 or more years of experience in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering solutions for customers.

  • Demonstrated experience building automations or workflows using tools such as no-code platforms, RPA, scripting, or similar.

  • Experience scoping technical requirements and translating customer needs into implementable specifications.

  • Comfortable managing customer relationships and leading calls for onboarding, support, or business reviews.

  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions.

  • Ability to identify patterns across multiple customer requests and decide what to solve via automation versus engineering investment.

  • Experience with no-code workflow platforms is a plus.

  • Background working with non-technical or operationally focused customers is a bonus, as is experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service industries.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000 to $210,000

  • Equity: 0.15% to 0.60%

  • Comprehensive health insurance and 401(k) match

  • Visa sponsorship is not available
