Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Evening Shift to join its management team at the Ville Saint-Laurent distribution center.

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with employees, solving problems, and contributing to operational improvements? This position may be a great fit for you.

You will join an experienced management team made up of several supervisors and managers who work together to ensure the smooth operation of the distribution center.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise a team of approximately 20 warehouse employees on the evening shift

• Plan and coordinate daily receiving, order preparation, and shipping activities

• Ensure operational priorities and delivery deadlines are met

• Support, motivate, and develop your team members

• Monitor performance and maintain a positive and safe work environment

• Participate in resolving operational issues and in continuous process improvement

• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure an efficient transition between shifts

• Ensure compliance with work procedures and health and safety standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment

• Positive leadership and the ability to engage and motivate a team

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel, operational systems, WMS or ERP)

• Good communication skills in French and functional English

ASSETS

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs)

• Familiarity with forklifts and warehouse operations

• College diploma or equivalent experience
