What you’ll do:

The pump attendant will provide prompt, personalized service to all of our members and guests. This includes:

• Engaging and interacting with guests to create a positive shopping experience
• in person and on the phone.
• Providing full island service and assisting with all inquiries.
• Assisting customers with requirements for oil, lube, and propane sales.
• Processing sales transactions
• Ensuring proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products.
• Maintaining a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors.

Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.

• Completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Must be capable of lifting up to 20kg
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Manual dexterity is required to use petroleum pumps, sales till and peripherals.

• Must be willing to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
